Delta 81 Spruce Violin Tonewood

This book-match set has fine grain lines in the center that widen at the flanks. A very nice set of spruce tonewood

The pieces were quarter sawn, sorted and stored in March of 1979. The log was initially split, and then quartered off of the split. The two pieces measure 10 ½ inches butted up against one and other and just over 15 inches across individually.
